These terms apply to all orders placed on mycovibe.co.uk. Please read them before ordering. By placing an order you agree to these terms. They do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
1. About us
Mycovibe operates the website mycovibe.co.uk. You can contact us at hi@mycovibe.co.uk or through our contact form.
2. Who can order
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. We currently deliver to UK addresses only.
3. Our products
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Product images are for illustration, and packaging may vary slightly from what is shown.
Mushroom tinctures are sold as food supplements. Follow the directions and do not exceed the recommended daily intake on the label and product page. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Speak to your doctor before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, take medication or have a medical condition.
Botanical extracts described on their product page as not for human consumption are sold strictly on that basis and must not be consumed.
Microscopy spore samples are sold strictly for microscopy and taxonomic study. Cultivating psilocybin-containing mushrooms is illegal in the UK. By ordering these products you confirm that you are 18 or over and that you will use them only for lawful microscopy purposes. We do not provide cultivation advice for microscopy spore samples, and our growing guides and grow supplies relate only to edible gourmet species.
4. Orders
When you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging it. This is not an acceptance. Our contract with you is formed when we email you to confirm that your order has been dispatched.
We may refuse or cancel an order, and refund any payment in full, if an item is out of stock, if there is an obvious pricing error, if we cannot verify your details or age, or if we reasonably believe a product is intended for unlawful use.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order and is processed securely by our payment provider.
6. Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 working days and send them with Royal Mail or DPD. Delivery times after dispatch depend on the service you choose at checkout. If your order has not arrived within 5 working days of dispatch, please contact us. Responsibility for the goods passes to you once they are delivered to the address you gave us.
7. Cancellations, returns and refunds
Your rights to cancel, return items and receive refunds are set out in our Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.
8. Our liability
If we fail to meet these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach. We are not responsible for loss or damage that was not foreseeable, or that results from using a product other than as directed on its label or product page.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

The text, images and designs on this website belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied without permission. Information on the site, including our guides, is for general educational purposes and is not medical advice.
10. Your personal information
We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones shown on this page when you placed it.
12. Governing law and complaints
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts. If you have a complaint, please contact us first at hi@mycovibe.co.uk and we will do our best to resolve it.
